We aim to provide flexibility with our rates while ensuring a seamless experience. Below are our rate details and policies for your stay.

January & February$495 per night3 night minimum

April & May$695 per night3 night minimum
June$1,000 per night7 night minimum
July$1,100 per night7 night minimum
August$900 per night7 night minimum
September & October$595 per night3 night minimum
November & December$495 per night3 night minimum
Holiday Rates:
Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's$800 per night5 night minimum
Memorial Day$1,200 per night5 night minimum

Additional Fees

  • Cleaning Fee: $400
  • Damage Protection Fee: $79
  • Security Gate Fee: Effective January 1st, 2023, a security gate fee of $45 per car will apply. The first two cars are covered, but additional vehicles will incur a fee. A maximum of 4 cars is allowed.

Note: Use the Gate pass add-on during the check-out process. If you forget or don't know the number of cars at the time of booking, we can invoice you the additional fees the week before your arrival.

Payment and Refund Information

Payment Schedule
  • 50%:  due at the time of booking.
  • The Remaining Balance: is due 30 days before check-in.
